Current customer rating:
MG purists will have nothing nice to say about me with regards to this car. but that's ok. it is a one-of-a-kind. head turning. fun machine! Rust free with new floor boards. rear quarter panels and rocker panels.
Primed with epoxy (top. bottom. inside and out for long lasting protection) and then painted with a metallic orange that I didn't like so it is now Dead Rat Flat Black with most of the chrome blacked out to give it a very unique and aggressive look.
Body modifications include. changing the front grille to an oval (kind of reminiscent of a Cobra). functional hood scoop. shaved side chrome strip and step. door handles. side lights. back up lights. rear trunk (boot) handle. side windows removed and door tops finished giving it a very sleek style. All original parts have been saved. car could be returned back to original style if someone wanted to.
Cool stuff: Weber DGV carburetor. Pierce manifold. header. chrome alternator. Dayton 72 spokes center knock off wheels ($$$). Michelin tires. new modern wiring (also not cheap). gauges. racing seats. 4 point harness. roll bars. so much more.
Now is it perfect - NO - needs some finishing touches but runs and drives great.
