Hello and Thank You for checking out our latest listing of another Restored Classic by The Motor Masters!  Up for sale is a Classic Avanti II with ONLY 58. 00 ORIGINAL MILES!!!!  White with Tan Interior.   Has the LSI Corvette 350 Engine with 4 Speed Automatic Transmission.   This was an UPGRADE. NOT STOCK.   With Dual Exhaust. this gives the Avanti GOOD PERFORMANCE.

Has a BRAND NEW PAINT JOB( 3 Coats Base and 3 Coats Clear). Has Power Steering & Brakes. Tilt & Cruise Control. Power Door Locks and Windows. AC Blows ICE COLD and is switched to R134.   Steering Wheel is Factory.   All Gauges work. including the Clock.   Has 5 Spoke Wheels and BRAND NEW Hankook Tires.   Radio is Blaupunkt AM/FM Cassette. but doesn't work.  

 Interior. Headliner. Seats. and Dash are in Extremely Good Shape.   All Chrome and Stainless Steel is a 7 out of 10. Autocheck Core is 67. WAY ABOVE 15-36 RANGE!!! This report was purchased last October 11th since Autocheck only goes back 30 years and can provide a copy of the report.

Terms of Auction & Sale The vehicle is offered with a right to a personal inspection by any bidder or agent of any bidder. The vehicle is sold from our Private CollectionAny North Carolina resident must pay local NC Sales Tax and Licensing Fees. All others will do so in their home state. All used vehicles should be assumed to have some degree of wear. No vehicle is perfect to everyone. Each vehicle has its strengths. styles. tendencies and shortcomings. Therefore. despite our best efforts to verify a vehicle's mechanical condition. we are not able to warranty a manufacturer's workmanship or previous owner's diligence in care. It is for this reason that all vehicles are sold "AS IS". We have described the above mentioned vehicle to the best of our ability. However. with all pre-owned automobiles. the condition is subjective. Please be advised that no oral or written statements concerning any vehicle constitutes a representation or warranty of the condition of the said vehicle. The vehicle is available for inspection prior to bidding or purchasing.   I encourage a physical inspection strongly to avoid any misunderstandings or representations. Bidders with less than 5 feedbacks MUST email us before bidding showing their intent to purchase the vehicle. All disputes arising out of or resulting from this sale shall be finally determined by binding arbitration in West Palm Beach. FL in accordance with the commercial rules of arbitration of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be carried out by one or more arbitrators in accordance with said rules. Any award shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction in the same manner as judgments. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Florida law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Florida to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. Payment Terms

Payment must be made by Cash. Bank Certified Cashiers Check or Money Orders. Bank Wire Transfers or Credit/Debit payments will NOT be accepted. with the exception of your initial deposit to purchase vehicle.

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in the amount of $500. 00 must be received within Twenty-Four(24)hours of the auctions close either by PayPal. CASH. or BANK CERTIFIED CHECK.   Final payment must be received within three (3) days of the auction close.   The Motor Masters will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left our property. We are being realistic.   Most of the cars we deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such. Once full payment has been received. Seller will fax a copy of clear title and Bill of sale.   The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle. Original paperwork will be sent to Buyer Via overnight mail seven (7) days from date of final payment. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received. Once a car is picked up from our premises. you will NOT be able to return the car.
