General Terms

If an inaccurate automobile price is inadvertently listed on eBay, Ellingson Motorcars LLC (the "Company") reserves the right to NOT honor the erroneous price.  Prices do not include Title, License, Registration Fees, Document Fees, State or Local Taxes or Processing Fees, if any.  The Company disclaims and does not make any express or implied warranties on all vehicles offered for sale on eBay and such vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.  The Company does not represent or warrant the authenticity or accuracy of odometer readings or other vehicle specifications unless otherwise specified in the vehicle listing.  All shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed to by the Company.  The Company reserves the right to end any auction early, without any notice to bidders.  The Company may require the buyer to make a nonrefundable deposit with Ellingson Motorcars LLC within 48 hours of winning the auction in an amount as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.  
 

Fees and Taxes

Sales tax, title, license fee, registration fee, dealer documentary fee, finance charges, emission testing fees, and compliance fees are additional to the advertised price. Vehicle is listed locally, we reserve the right to end the auction at any time.
