For sale is a 1966 Dodge Charger that has been taken down to the bare shell and everything rebuilt. refurbished or replaced. Car has many custom features including being de-chromed and de-badged. ro/wo hood scoop added. scoops added to sailpanels. optional rear spoiler. cloth seats stitched in original pattern. 71 style mirrors. torque thrust-d wheels. side exit exhaust with welded thrush mufflers. and rocker stripe with Charger script. Engine is a warmed up . 030 over 400 with Keith Black pistons. erson cam. Holley Street Dominator intake & Edelbrock carb. 906 heads with hardened valve seats installed. Hedman headers. high volume oil pump. and carter hp fuel pump. rebuilt 727 trans with 3. 23 sure grip diff. Upgrades include Pertronix electronic ignition. dual field alt. w/electronic volt. reg. . elays added to headlights for full 14 volts when running. amp meter bypassed. main feed through bulkhead connector as well. power brakes from 67 GTX. smaller nippendenso. style starter and electronic 5 volt. reg. for gauges. Electroluminecent lighting system works as do hidden headlights. Car was originally a non-air 4 speed car and was converted to an auto air car. Fire wall and dash have been modified to exact ac style car. Car still needs addition of condenser. compressor. accumulator. hoses and expansion valve for ac to function. I built this car as a driver and resto is 6 years old. so the finish has picked up some wear. Front bumper could use rechroming . That being said. the car will still score mid to high ( depending on who's doing the judging) in the #3 car range. Mechanically she is very dependable and a blast to drive. I have and would drive this car anywhere with no reservations what so ever. Fly in. drive it home.
