1936 Packard Eight Roadster for sale

1936 Packard Eight Roadster. w rumble seat.

Up for auction is a rare. untouched 1936 Packard Eight Roadster that has been stored in a climate controlled warehouse for over 24 years. The car has dual side mounts. grey exterior. red leather interior.
. This car was purchased by a collector and driven from Florida to MA after a trip over on one of the Queens. and put in storage 24 years ago with the plan to restore this beautiful Packard. It is right hand drive. as it was originally sold in London 2/22/1936. When the car was purchased . we also received (as we were told. but not sure) all of the parts to convert the car to left hand drive. This includes pedal assemblies. steering box with new shaft. sheet metal floor pan to swap out and I bunch of other small parts. This car would need to be gone through mechanically as it has been sitting for so long.
But the engine runs fine. was “rebuilt in England”
and everything appears to be fine. There are some fuel pump or tank dirt issues we ran it on an external fuel supply.
But I would still go through the brakes and other drive components.
This car has not been restored and is in great original shape as you can see from the photos. It could be cleaned up with some effort and driven the way it is or would be a beautiful car to start on for a full restoration. This car shows no body damage other than what I would call small parking lot dings. Also there is no rot to our knowledge. a critical fact. due to no salt in Britain.
