1985 Replica/Kit Makes Countach Replica 5000

Well your here at my listing probably because your possibly in the market for a Lamborghini Countach Replica...so here you go up for sale is surprisingly nice, highly desirable and sought after, clean 1988 Lamborghini Countach 5000 Replica Custom. This replica has been customized into a convertible (roadster) version. This custom Countach replica started life as a 1985 Pontiac Fiero, but the chassis was stretched in order to more closely match the lines and dimensions of the real Countach — an important consideration, since the wheelbases of the two cars don't match up. With the stretch, however this resulting replica is shockingly more accurate in dimensions and look then the cheaper "stubby" kit replica's being sold. The builder I was told used a "Prova" kit as a base but it modifications were made in the roof, door windows, and headlights and differ from an original countach replica body. The replica body was converted into a convertible version of the Countach with front part of roof formed into a T-Top look and provides better support, partial side door windows removed to complete the convertible ( see pics). He basically wanted to remove that claustrophobic feel when driving inside the car with roof and windows closed up, so he removed them to make a convertible version which made it a more pleasurable car to drive with the open-air roof and windows. Looking at the car you probably noticed the front headlights are different than an original countach and yes were changed to fit 300ZX headlights.The car kept its original 85' Fiero driveline which running the 2.8 MPFI V6 and 4 speed manual trans, stock differential. The exhaust system has been upgraded with new turbo muffler and dual chrome tips and sounds good. The interior is clean and built around to retain the Stock Fiero gauged cluster and heat/AC control unit (AC Inop), and is outfitted with Lamborghini embroidered seat covers, chrome Lamborghini sill plates, updated Steering wheel, and AM/FM Stereo. I really like the look and styling of the 5000 series replica's because of the clean body lines on car. This car was driven, maintained and owned by the same owner and garaged for last 14 years. Its a very nice completed Countach replica, clean under carriage, nice shiny red paint, polished Lambo Replica Wheels & wide offset tires....a good running and driving example of a nice Countach 5000 replica that you wont have to spend time building...a Real head-turner and attention getter anywhere you go.These full size Lambo Countach 5000 replicas are getting harder to find as a lot of owners aren't really letting them go and prices are always on the rise plus most Kit makers have all but dried up nowadays .
