Hi. Due to other projects. someone will score themselves a bargain with this Knight Rider replica!! Car is a 1982 Pontiac Trans Am. with an updated LS 1 Pontiac engine. that runs beautifully. The guy I bought it from in the states had been using the car for charity shows etc. but didn't finish the Autoelectrics for the replica side of things. although dash already lights up. roof lighting etc. and digital Knight rider tach. Dash and KITT's voice audio can be switched on by remote. and the doors have been converted to Lambo style scissor doors. (although the gas struts could do with a regas) The oscillating front end light is accompanied by the familiar KITT scanner sound. and works well. The proper Gullwing steering wheel is included with the sale. Externally. the paint could do with some touchups. or even a respray. as the black paint shows imperfections more than most colours. Car still shines well though. I would say project needs a solid weekend of autoelectrical work to have all things functioning. as all parts are there (except tv show switchpod) Overall. with minimal work. this car will make a great show car. or hire car. or fun cruiser.
