Seller's notes: "this z is in great shape doors shut like a new car interior like new great original datsun rubber floor mats no rust no crash one bumped floor support rail repaired one small dent in hood from pissed wife of previous owner slammed the keys down hard car was previously stored for many years in private climate control storage when I bought it it went direct to my garage and was kept under cover always the interior is great all original with rebuilt 600 $ seat covers clean dash no cracks and covered with a protecting mat engine area is clean as the whole car no rust no major damage no body work the car is real nice but the paint looks all crazed when you look close the car drives nice handles fine engine is strong and solid sounds very good witha light hum of all the rockers and valves in action still has a z smell inside and with original exhaust set up has that sound of the z!!"

a 1971 datsun 240 z in very good condition free of rust and collision damage complete as a car nothing missing all year correct components functional radio and clock new tires real nice seats original design and material on painted frames and new web. tranny . ngine . teering. brakes. cooling. all systems are GO! no heat. lined have peen capped in florida heat is free. All the windows are clear and no cracks the bumpers are the correct shape but the chrome looks old. not rusty. the power antenna works. the tune search works on the radio Almost every time I turn on the radio. usic from the 70's is playing the spare tire looks like new never used ask any question that come up

This car has been a Florida car since about 78 when is was driven from Calif. where it was purchased new always stored inside on carpet most of the time only 76545 actual miles.

After viewing the pictures I have been reminded of a surface rust I fixed under the tailgate lid on the right side has not been painted only primed waiting for the paint job I planned

pictures have been added of the areas most affected by rust on the z cars some areas have been treated with some undercoat many years ago to prevent rust from developing that was done about 9 years back when I bought it along with an attempt to fix a bashed floor support from likely a curb or parking stop everything is solid metal
