For sale is my 1991 Mini Mayfair. I bought the car about four years ago and completed a full restoration project for 3 years. With 55 K miles on the clock this is a very good runner!

I have carried out all aspects of restoration work myself including:

New wings. scuttle. A panels. floor and sills all replaced and had a professional respray and lacquer coating. New subframes. New break discs. callipers. pipes and pads. New suspension springs/struts. shock absorbers and poly bushes all round. Electrical system overhauling. all faulty wires/switches replaced. Engine restoration including cylinder head refurbishment. overhaul of block. new gearbox (500 miles ago). All exterior fittings i. e. bumpers/grill/lights were all brand new parts when fitted.

My next task was to renew the interior but I simply don't have to time now days. The car has had about £6500+ of new parts fitted. Pretty much everything is new part from the interior although it is still in good condition. The car has been maintained/cleaned regularly and stored in a garage overnight since it went on the road 14 months ago.

12 months MOT as of October 2013. Unfortunately the car is SORN as I could not afford to keep the car insured while not in use. I have a full log of the restoration including pictures of the whole project.

Excellent Mini enthusiast car and is worth more than asking price due to the specification as above.
