Classic Mini 16Valve Redtop Race/Rally

The time has come to let my mini go tosomeone who will have the time to use it
its 2ltr 16v Vauxhall red top.

I bought the car 18 months ago needing afew things. When I got it home it would always stall unless reved high to warmthe engine up then idled ok. Then when you would try driving it would backfirequite a lot making it pretty much undrivable. The car has then sat in my garageuntil about a month ago when tried starting it.  To which it no longer starts it just backfires.

The front end is extended by 2 inch and isnot in very good condition.   Would adviseto fit a clubman front end.

The car is registered as a 2ltr and is structurallysound it just needs someone who can play with the engine to get it up andrunning.

Before engine freshen up this car ran 200BHP at raceshacks rolling road inTewkesbury.
Red line 9500 rpm. massive power after 5000rpm.
F16 box with a quaife ATB diff.
Alcon paddle clutch with a new plate.
Racelogic traction control. sensors not fitted to wheel. Removed but come with
6 pot KAD callipers.
massive discs.
mini fins on rear. recent cylinders and shoes later style handbrake levers.
Tony Law manifold with heat wrap. 2. 5 inch stainless steel exhaust.
7x13 superlights with yokohama 539's.
Twin tanks.
KAD handbrake quadrants
rear castor/camber plates
rear spax adjustables
front gas coilovers 500 pound springs plus standard springs
Plates welded into floor for rollcage.
cosworth leather recaro seats.
weber shift light. Removed but come with the car.
weber afm in dash but no lambder sensor. Removed but come with the car.
