You are looking at my 1931 Ford Model A Cabriolet. These are a pretty rare car in the Model A lineup, around 60 thousand during the 4 year run. They made 1.3 million Fordors during that span. It has the rumble seat and a really nice custom trunk. I just did a 100 mile ride with the Model T club. The body and wheels were recently painted with Lesonal epoxy primer and Single Stage paint. The colors were matched by number from original Ford Paint numbers. The engine, transmission & chassis was restored about 12 years ago, but the car was never driven as the previous owner passed before the car was finished. There were too many new parts to list, the car came with 2 boxes of new stainless hardware.Has all new door and window seals, the convertible top fits nice and tight but there is a small hole that has been patched, I reallynever drove it with the top up, it's too much fun and actually quieter with the top down. New tires and tubes were purchased during the chassis restoration, they still have the nubs on them. It has the original Flathead 4-Cylinder 201 Cubic Inch engine. The engine was rebuilt and runs smooth with no smoke or noises,It cruises nice around 40-45 mph.Everything works as it should, turn signals have been added and there are running lights in the front and rear signal lights.It's a fun car to ride around in, I just don't have the time to enjoy it.
