Your looking at my gnarly and Rare Vw bay window deluxe early 1968/69 model.For all you purists out there this early bay was built in 1968 and registered in 69…68 characteristics are visual to see making this model the desirable one to have…this factory bus looks the nutz with the slammed and narrowed look running on new brm alloys and excellent slam tyres all round.1600 engine starts on the button and runs and sounds sweet as a nut newly serviced inc carb,the left side is leaking oil through the after market adjustable ali pushrod tubes so they will need replacing for the better black plastic sprung loaded ones that gsf do for £60 all in.All minimal rust issues sorted to the front dog legs,both new outer sills,passenger cab floor corner,inner front wheel wells…it's now rock solid.The bus is still an on going project but all the hard and expensive work has been done.brakes currently not working so it will need a complete overhaul including the electrical going through but it's all there…factory rubbers and glass..All doors close like factory also rust free….one key for the locks but the ignition is not working so it's been by passed with a toggle switch and push button to start it so it will need a new barrel or fettling with Phat biscuit front seats not factory but look sweet for the look the rear is ready for a bespoke fit out……get it all ready for the long awaited volksworld show in March 2022…More pictures and start up video to hand if you wish to see just Whats App me 3.So it will need trailering away…..if you need assistance getting it home then I have a mate that runs his own recovery company that charges cheap rates so please ask for a quote..but remember it's not leaving until it's paid in full first or just come and collect it yourself. 3.You are advised to view and inspect prior to any bids/offers made the winning bidder must pay a non refundable deposit of £500 at the auctions end via Pay Pal as a gift or bank wire only.Cash on collection accepted or bank wire cleared funds.imported over from Montana USA with USA title and nova to hand ready for the new owner to register once it's mot'd and insured.
