Offered is my 1985 King Cab 4x4 ST “Sport Truck” Model. It came factory with A/C, power steering, and ST trim, automatic locking 4WD hubs. This truck was purchased in Griffin, Georgia in 1987, and remained in the same family until being sold in 2016 to a gentleman in Florida.I purchased the truck from that gentleman on 7/12/19. At the time, it had around 178,000 miles. I drove it back up from St. Petersburg, Florida, and began the process of restoring it. It currently has 193,180 miles. It has been a consistent daily driver since the engine was replaced. Clean title in my name. This truck is an excellent survivor but is by no means perfect. The worst part is the paint. It was poorly repainted prior to me purchasing it. There is overspray on various parts of the truck. If you want a perfect show truck, it will need to be repainted, but I have loved it and fixed it the way it is. Again, the paint is in poor condition. Do not expect it to be perfect. The interior is in amazing condition! The original seats appear to have been reupholstered. The dash is crack-free underneath the mat. There are a few small issues, but overall very clean. The truck is majority rust-free. It does have a few small areas that could be addressed. The worst area is the battery tray in the engine bay is rusted out. The frame is clean, with only slight surface rust.I have many unused, brand new parts. I also kept a meticulous record of all work/parts, including most of the boxes. All parts you see pictured will be included with the truck. I also have additional parts not included in this sale from other 720 trucks I've owned. The truck does have a few minor problems remaining that I will try to fix in my spare time. The new oil pressure gauge is not working. It will rarely pop out in 5th gear if the engine is bogged down. The speedometer is not currently working properly. The ST tailgate panel was screwed into the tailgate by the previous owner. This truck has been restored almost entirely mechanically. I typically bought the best parts I could find, either OEM or lifetime warranty. I do not cheap out when repairing vehicles. Do it once, do it right. I have extensive documentation. I will include a non-exhausted list below of the work that I have done to it since ownership:Prior to ownership: Rebuilt transmission and alternator.Since August 2019: Rebuilt Z24 engine (block bored and honed, polished, pistons, rings, bearings, etc., new seals and gaskets all around, sensors, water pump, OSK Japan timing kit, Hitachi oil pump, cap and rotor, NGK plugs, wires, ignition coils, etc.) Essentially everything on the engine is new. New Weber 32/26 DGEV Carburetor, along with proper engine bay misc. equipment delete.New radiator, hoses, fan, new bypass hose and fitting, new heater core hoses, thermostat.New brake rotors, pads, calipers, shoes, cylinders, and hardware. New exhaust with new OEM manifold/downpipe hardware. New Goodyear tires.New stereo head unit, door speakers, and speaker boxes. Various parts of the vehicle were repainted (bumpers, door frame, etc.) Rust in bed was removed, patched, painted, and truck bed lined.OEM 720 brush guard, roll bar, and windshield wipers were blasted, and double powder coated. New OEM Nissan fog light kit, NOS KC light switches, new LED fog lights. Brand new roll bar, mud flap, and ST bed decals.New Moog sway bar, tension rod, upper control arm bushings, sway bar links, front/rear KYB shocks, driver CV boot, Moog upper/lower ball joints.New engine and transmission mounts, new Japan Exedy flywheel/clutch kit. New trans fork boot, clutch cylinder, Aisin Japan master cylinder.Brand new headlights, fuel lines, replaced fuel neck hose, replaced ashtray, new dash mat, new bumper reflectors.I have tried to include as much information as possible, but I'm sure I forgot something. I have over 200 pictures of the truck in its current condition, as well as pictures documenting almost all the work done. Pictures speak louder than any description can and seeing it in person speaks even louder. I will gladly show it in person to anyone interested. I can also supply a video of it running. If you have any further questions, please ask and I will do my best to answer! I will gladly provide any additional pictures requested.Local pickup preferred. Buyer is FULLY responsible for ALL pickup and drop off details, as well as all shipping costs.
