Renault 5 gt turbo 120000 miles 9 owners and HPI clear Very good condition throughout but not A 1 mint. A very sound and tidy usable example. Gets stopped and people looking everywhere it goes.This is a very nice and tidy example of the 5 gt turbo. It's fairly standard apart from the wheels and a few mods like exhaust and bigger intercooler. The car was off the road for approx 13 years but was dry stored so very little to no rust. I bought the car off a friend who recently brought it back to the standard it is today. I have a few pics of the various stages of refurbishment.The car had apparently had the engine rebuilt during the 13 years off the road and although no proof it runs and drives perfectly so no reason to doubt to this. The brakes have been totally overhauled and refurbished. The carb serviced and set up at a reputable rolling road tuning company, brand new oz wheels and tyres, fully painted with decals, windows all original with number plate etching, brand new seat covers from youngtimers cost £600 alone. Bad bits Not much really, a couple of small car park dinks that a dent man can easily sort out cheaply. Electric windows work but are slow going up, door cards could ideally do with a retrim to match the new seats, a few bits of trim are a little loose Runs and drives great and is a 100% complete car Unfortunately not much history except a few recent bits from the light restoration work.I think I've priced the car really fairly considering it's good overall condition and the price others are asking for their 5 s so won't entertain silly offers but am aware it's not concourse or perfect. Happy to discuss sensible offers. This is a very good and strong base for sometime to take a little bit further if they wish or just use as it.Door cards are off but will come with car.
