"When we do flush-mount glass, this is a stock windshield," said Weaver. "We build the body out and get this perfect gap all the way around the car. It is a very time-consuming process to get this correct. We probably have anywhere from 100 to 150 hours just in this front windshield."

The cowl, too, received some major custom touches. Including the removal of the windshield wipers and inset vents, which took 200 hours to accomplish. The split-window also received the flush-mounted treatment, taking twice the time as the front glass due to being two pieces.
