This Porsche 911t Targa has been garaged and driven about once a month for the past 15 years or so. Starts well and drives beautifully. Sounds amazing. There are known issues. but you can see from the photos this a nice example. As mentioned in the Car and Driver period review. the 911t' Targa was Mark Donohue and the staff's favorite 911 at the time. They found it to be the "most balanced". From that same review: "Porsches are arrogant. Only the fact that it has four wheels makes a Porsche a ‘car. "

Title in hand. Most if not all records since purchased in 1999. Some highlights. The timing belt and tensioner were replaced. the Solex carburetors were rebuilt. the transmission was rebuilt. a set of Bilsteins were installed. the Targa top was also reconditioned (and it has not been folded since). The seats are original. and in good condition. Tool bag and Targa top bag included. The Targa sits on Michelin MX4 with very low milage on them. A bra. car cover. and grey sheepskin seat covers (front) are included.

As mentioned. there are a few known issues. This is a respray (black over factory Conda Green). The paint is in rough condition in a few areas. but this was a quality repaint. that included the hinges. jams. hoods. engine bay and trunk. There are two known areas of rust (pictured). The driver's side quarter panel and inside the passenger's side rocker panel. There's a slight oil leak coming from the rear (main seal?). The transmission was rebuilt. after which an issue relating to the synchromesh in first gear presented itself. The car is fully drivable. but downshifting into first gear can be temperamental occasionally. There are also a few other minor issues. such worn carpets in a few areas. the trunk latch is missing a piece. but still opens and latches. The driver-side rear seat-back is missing its leather strap. The driver-side seatbelt latch is missing its plastic trim (but fully functional).
