1972 Volkswagen Beetle 1200cc. Finished in Iberian red in lovely condition.This Beetle has had a lot of time and money spent on it previously.  It was fully restored to a very high standard around 10 years ago, then purchased by its previous owner, used very little and then sat for around 9 years until I rescued it and gave it a freshen up.  Its had a full body off restoration, full repaint, bushes, carpets, headlining etc.  Im sure the engine will have been fully rebuilt too as it pulls well, no end float and has been painted up.  The previous owner couldn't find all the photos of the rebuild unfortunately but just looking at it, its been restored very well indeed.  As you can see from the photos, the underside, wheel arches, engine bay and under the bonnet are all still lovely.  Gutters are solid and no rot, lower rear quarters just infant of rear arches are perfect too, another common area for rot.  Mileage is showing as 14843, not sure if this is genuine or not, this will increase slightly as i'm using it a bit over the half term with my kids being off.  Just done a 80 mile round trip today with no issues at all.In my ownership its had four new matching tyres on sand blasted wheels, painted in white, less than 500 miles ago, with Atlas whitewall tyre inserts and stainless steel new baby moons.   Fuel pump, filter and hoses. Offside front wing, new rear valance, exhaust with new tips.  Decent blade bumpers, headlight rings and indicator tops as these had become poor whilst sitting.  Basketweave seats that aren't too bad, passengers base is cracked.  Stereo fastened under the dash on the passengers side so dash hasn't been cut and still nice, with blanking plate in place.   Carpets are new throughout.  Overall the car is in very nice condition.  There are small bits here and there that are not 100%, small marks in the paint in places, but overall its a gorgeous little car that turns heads and gets waves every time it's out.  Personally I think you will struggle to find a better one out there for the money.Drives very nice even being lowered slightly, has the best gear change of any Beetle I've driven, pulls and stops as it should.  Any questions just ask.  I am an honest seller with nothing to hide.  Only selling to fund another car that I have for restoration.  No reserve.  PayPal, bank transfer or cash.
