1969 Jensen Interceptor Mark I for sale

This is an opportunity to acquire such a collectable late Mark 1 Jensen Interceptor, an appreciating classic! Due to be a late Mark 1, it benefits from some Mark 2 updates from the factory (those in the know, call them Mark 1.5)The V 5 for this car is present The car runs with good oil pressure, brakes in a straight line and steering has no knocking or sounds, the car starts and has been moved on a regular basis. The engine is the 6.3 V 8.The car would benefit from a light restoration in order to bring her back to her former glory.
My father has owned the car for the last 20 years and in that time a fair bit of work has been carried out on her, she has had adjustable spax dampers all round and front and rear springs replaced to name a few things There is also a fair amount of parts ready to be fitted, and there is a good set of Mark 1 seats, new wood panels, wooden steering wheel, carpets and a set of Mark 1 rostyle wheels. It will also come with a folder full of history on the car, if the car meets the reserve then the above parts would be included in the sale.As the prices of these cars are going up, this a rare opportunity of buying a running Interceptor.The reserve price has been set at a reasonable level, but it is open to sensible genuine offers.(silly offers, dreamers and tyre kickers are not welcome) Therefore a non refundable deposit of £250 will be required at the end of the auction The car is sold as seen with no warranty.The vehicle is advertised elsewhere and therefore the auction may end early.
