You are looking at what must be one of the best, if not the best examples of a classic Volvo 240 GLT Estate available! It has genuinely had just one owner from new and covered only 55,000 careful miles from new. It was supplied by Bridge Cross Volvo main dealer back in February 1989 to its one and only owner. It has been very well maintained and cared for since new and its service history has been well recorded and is supported by a host of invoices/receipts etc. Believe it or not, it has had 5 recorded cam belt changes in 55,000 miles! The underside of the car is as good as the topside with no corrosion whatsoever. The interior is pretty much as new and everything operates as it was intended. It starts first time and is an absolute joy to drive. The engine is very responsive and the gearbox feels lovely and smooth. This really is a gem of a car and makes a very useable, practical classic car which you could take to show events and be proud of. It comes with its original dealer book pack with service history, all of its old mots, all of its old tax discs and even its original bill of sale!
