1986 Mercedes -Benz 300 GD 5 speed Manual. An outstanding and stunning example of these most sought after German built 4x4s fitted with the renowned & desirable 2998cc 5 cylinder 'OM617' diesel engine. These engines are reputed to be one of the worlds best and most reliable engines with many examples covered over half a million miles! To drive the car it just feels it will go forever and probably will! The body and paintwork is not far off perfect along with an excellent underside, chassis etc. The underside is spotless with suggests its never had any off road use. It retains its original steel wheels which have previously been powder coated and wearing all nearly new 'General Grabber AT' tyres.
