About this vehicleThis 1959 Studebaker Silver Hawk is an original with updates to the exterior. The owner has had it for 1 year. The Exterior: appears to be all original with no Bondo, fixed parts or any visible dent.... There is a dent on the passengers side hood. More like a small bent. Other than that, This Studebaker is complete.
The Interior: is also all original and we'll kept for it's years. There is a big rust hole on the Driver's side floor board only. There are no other rust holes to my knowledge.
The Drivetrain: Engine sounds strong with power. I have driven on freeways up to 70-80 with no problems. The Speedometer does not work.
The temperature does go high up to 240......
I have redone the radiator and the car does not lose water... When driving the car does not get hot or show over heating other than the temperature gauge.
The transmission is smooth and changes gears with no problem and is a fun car to drive... I drive it around to the local car shows in my area..
I was planning to keep and restore but wife is pregnant again......
The car has brand new tires. The brakes are in good working condition...
The car is registered in my name til 06/16/2022.
I have the clear pink slip, not salvaged.
