Excellent Patina...

Up for bid is a 1951 FORD F-3 LONG BOX pickup truck. This is the hard to come by Custom De Luxe "5 Star Cab" model. This one is very solid and mostly rust free. Very minor metal work is needed as most panels are straight with little or no rust as the pictures show. The windshield and side glass needs replacing. The wood floor in the box is rotted away but still has original tailgate which is uncommon these days. This is a very hard to find truck these days and you won't find a nicer one to start your project with but it will need a complete restoration. The motor was in running condition a few years back but is now stuck and should not take much to loosen up. This is a one owner truck fresh from the Canadian Prairies and needs a new home. Can assist with shipping and necessary paperwork if needed and provide temporary storage pending pickup arrangements by successful bidder. Truck comes with current Canadian title and is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and is approximately 75 miles north of Pembina ND, US Port of Entry. International bidding is welcome provided you are prepared to pay the extra costs related to shipping overseas. Shipping to most UK/European ports runs approximately $1000 USD. Deposit of $500 is due upon completion of the auction with the balance by bank transfer, or Ebay payment, within 3 business days. This truck is for sale locally so I reserve the right to cancel the listing prior to its scheduled ending date.
