1973 International Scout II 4 WD 304 V 8 Automatic ! ! !
Good project for restoration. Most the rust issues seem to be just in the two rocker panels and just behind the door on the drivers side and on each side at the bottom of the windshield. All the floor is solid except right at the rockers as shown. There is a small amount on each side in the upper front floor towards the outside where I suppose the tire on each side splashed water against it but is minimal. The back floor sections are all solid. There is also a very small amount of rust on the panel just behind where the spare tire is stored, Frame is very solid everywhere. Dash was cut for some type of radio/stereo. Seats are solid but have some stains. Where it was parked earlier this summer some kids broke the hatch window and passenger side windows and windshield. The drivers side glass is good. The engine is free and turns over, but I couldn't get the starter to engage so it may need some attention to the wiring. The previous owner sad he had it running some years ago. Looks complete under the hood. All driveline is all there etc. Looks like it will need new tierod ends on one side. Has a pretty nice set of Goodyear tires that are not weather checked and close to new tread. I'm quite sure this is the original paint. Mileage shows 55440. Overall a pretty solid Scout but would need some work or restoration in order to make it roadworthy. I do not have a title but will provide a bill of sale. $500.00 deposit upon purchase and balance paid in 7 days. Buyer to arrange shipping within 30 days of purchase or sooner. Call Tim
