Much speculation surrounded the 25 th anniversaryof the Mustang in 1989, what would Ford do? They didn't change much, however,they did introduce a few new colors.
Sales continued to stay strong for the Mustang. Half of the 1989 models sold were the 5.0 engine. Performance buyers continued to showloyalty to the Mustang as it outsold the Camaro and Firebird yet again.
I have owned a few of these Mustangs, they are an absoluteblast to drive. This Mustang does have the original Gator Goodyear tires andwheels that will come with the purchase of the car, they're like brand new. Plus,it is sitting on brand, new period correct, Goodyear tires and wheels. This GTis very collectable and can be driven to any car show and place. I have had alot of nice Fox Body's, the paint and body are a strong 9, with the interiorbeing a 10. You can eat off the under carriage as it just rolled out offactory, absolutely bone dry, no leaks.
