A very rare and genuine Moggie Traveller with history to prove its provenance of being the last Traveller ever built from ground up in 1982.No it wasn't just a restoration of an old Morris, because that would have stayed on its old registration number. This is an X reg because it was made in 1982. First registered 01/07/1982.Please see pictures of brass plaque on bulkhead and detailed letter from Morris Minor Centre to its first owner with the total cost.Believed genuine mileage of 36,785 from new in 82 with most of the mots back to 2008 when mileage was 31,458. Lots of invoices for work carried out in the last 15 years.Starts on the button. Little bit of choke first thing , but soon settles to a nice idle.Drives very well, clutch, gearbox and brakes all good. Lovely Moggie exhaust rasp ..great sound !Brown leather seats front and rear were fitted new in 82, as you can see the drivers base has split , all other seats are fine. Headlining is good with no splits in fabric.Lovely and clean in the engine bay. Still in its old English white colour . Wood does have a few areas of wood filler as you can see, I'm hiding nothing the pictures are good . Worst place on bodywork is at the bottom of passenger door. Please see picture.
