Due to a change in direction I am selling my Anglia. It's a 1961, 106 e model in very good, unrestored general condition. It is by no means perfect, but if you study the photos you will see just how solid and original it is. The car is a LHD export model (hence 106 e), which spent most of its life in France. It had been in dry storage for many years before coming to the UK. I bought it here back in 2018, got it running, MOT'D and registered. Last year I fitted a very good, low mileage 1300 x-flow, along with an all-synchro gearbox originally from a Consul Capri. I still have the (good running) original engine & box, they are included if required. The heater box assembly is here also.
The underside is mostly excellent, and retains all 4 original jacking points. Chassis, spring hangers, sills etc also in great condition. There are a few marks on the body here and there, but it is all solid. The front wings are steel, and in truly remarkable condition. The original red interior is in vgc. The headlining also is excellent.
I have fitted new screen rubbers front and rear. Front window chrome trims are present and in good condition. Bumpers also here, they're ok but not great.
