You're looking at one 1943 Willys MB WW 2 US Army Jeep. She's solid as a rock. If there was any rust/rot, it was repaired. It does have some oil leaks from sitting. The brakes etc have all been gone through. It has had head rebuilt and radiator rebuilt. Starts right up and idles fine. We've drove it around a few times and she seems fine, but we recommend having all the fluids changed and going through everything before driving it. It's been sitting indoors for awhile. She's been in California since coming home from the war. All five tires are in great condition. The seats are in great condition. Only thing that seems to have stop working is the fuel gage. The floor, body etc is solid and ready for another 78 years of duty! All the original Data plates are in place(see pic.) These are getting to be pretty rare and hard to come by, specially in this shape. Most are either totally rusted away and need total restoration, or already in a museum somewhere/collectors hands. This one just needs a few little touches to make her complete(original air cleaner and the conv bows put-on). And yes, it has what is believed to be its original 4 cyl Willys engine. If you have any questions, please ask before bidding. And yes, we have a Clean and Clear Ca. Title, in our name..Now for the bla bla stuff This Jeep is being sold as is with no warranty(obviously it's over 78 years old). Sorry, but we had to say that, because some people… We recommend having a transport company/ or having it trailered(top speed is like 55/60) and only recommended by the manufacturer driving it around 40/45. We will help load if needed, or help find a shipper, if needed. But it is the buyers responsibility to pay and ship the vehicle. We have tried to list everything, we might of forgot something, we're human. A 500.00 Non-refundable deposit is due with 24 hours after close of auction, remainding balance is due within 3 business days after close of auction. Wire transfer is preferred.
