Original 1967 VW Microbus German Split Screen for sale

An Original 1967 VW Microbus German Split Screen, LHD totally rust free. Originally from Las Vegas in the state of Nevada. The Microbus was first registered in 1967 and spent the first 37 years in Nevada until 2010 when it was imported into the UK and has sat in dry storage ever since, the van has its original 1600 cc engine manual LHD with the first year the IRS suspension was fitted. The van is a rare model because it has the walk through cab not the bench seat and is a true German manufactured microbus not a van with windows cut in as so many are.
The van is as shown in the photos i.e. what's with the van and what's missing. There is no speedo but the last recorded mileage on the US title is 87007. The van has been stripped of all paint and a primer coat sprayed on to show how incredible the bodywork is. The van must have had the front nose replaced due to a bump but this was replace with an original nose probably 40 or more years ago to a very high standard.
The engine starts first time every time and purrs, the gear shifts and all smooth and easy, the van drives and stops.
We brought the van in the UK, but the van had never been registered in the UK, the van has now been fully re-registered with HMRC, all forms completed and fees/VAT paid and we now have the NOVA number and the van is ready to be registered with the DVLA, we have not registered yet with the DVLA but it makes more sense to register the buyer so they will be the first owner on the log book, and the form will be supplied pre-filled out.
We'd recommend viewing the van as this is a great solid real original German Microbus van, the van is sold as seen in the photos. I can be contacted on 3 to view and the Van is in Sutton Coldfield B 74.
The van can be purchased immediately for £20,000.00. I've tried to get as many photos up as I can but recommend viewing the van as this is the perfect project and probably the most perfect split screen bodywork I've seen. The van will not be released until full payment is received. Van is advertised elsewhere so can be removed at any time. The van will need collecting on a trailer as not UK registered
A great piece of nostalgia and a solid investment for the future and a perfect project to paint the van and kit out to your dream spec.
