I am selling my 1948 Ford F 100 which has been in storage for the past two years to buy a car for my daughter who has recently turned 16. The truck has a dark gray paint job with a light flake and a full red interior which includes dolphin gauges and a tilt steering column. The engine is broken in with only 500 miles and is a rebuilt 302 Ford topped with an Edelbrock 600 CFM carburetor and pro headers. Additionally, it has a C 4 transmission and the suspension is a Mustang 2 front clip by CCT. The brakes are disk on all four and power boosted with a T-bird rack and pinion steering. The rear suspension is a 4-bar adjustable coil-over and the front has coil springs. Finally, the frame and bed have been shortened by 6 inches for a cleaner look. The frame was cut behind the cab and boxed to increase the strength. Both the body and frame are original and steel. The truck is in Palm Desert CA, so you will need to factor that when calculating shipping or pickup. If you pay with a check, it must clear first but I would prefer wire.
