Daimler DS420 Limousine Landaulet

We are sadly selling our beautiful pair of absolutely outstanding wedding cars. Reason for sale is that I'm now 73 years old, downsizing my house and storage. This beautiful example of a Daimler DS420 Limousine has been owned by myself for 22 years. It was formerly owned by my local town of Enfield's Mayor. It spent a few years after in the Whitewebbs Museum in Enfield to which i acquired it from. When I bought the car it was totally black and in perfect condition. I used it as a funeral car for local funeral firms and was a daily regular at T Cribb & sons for many years. Whilst it was black the car was used in the Disney film 101 Dalmatians and also used in Eastenders for a Funeral scene. After a while these cars were phased out of the funeral trade so I painted the bottom ivory and had the Landaulet conversion done at the expense of £4500.00. This was about 15 years ago. Then 18 months ago I sold my other DS420 Landaulet to a man in Europe so I decided to paint this one completely white to match the Rolls Royce at a price of £4000.00, which I am also selling. This car has never ever been in a accident or had and panel repair. Believe me it is totally rot free which is hard to believe but it's true! This car has been nurtured and has never wanted for nothing as it's the pride of my fleet. I've just had the carbs totally rebuilt and replaced both petrol pumps due to gelling up from lack of use due to CO-19. But is now running perfect again. 1989 F Registration. 10 months MOT. 89815 original mileage on original engine and original gearbox.Royal Blue Velour interior in the rear and Black leather in the front.Electric Division. Private plate is not included in the price but can be purchased if you wish at an additional £750.00.I also have the mayoral flag and roof crest to go with the car.Has a car phone to date the car which is now obsolete but looks great. In absolutely outstanding condition and ready to go back to work. DONT MISS OUT ON THIS ONE, FIRST TO VIEW WILL BUY.
