BMW E 21 316 Imported from sunny Portugal last year and now UK registered on an age related X Reg. V 5 Present.Very solid car, mint sills and floors, inner wings , bulkhead etc. Very straight low mileage car. The only rust I can see is on the lower o/s screen pillar which isn't structural (50 p size). The paint is a little flat but a good machine mop would work wonders. There are a couple of paint chips on the wheel archs. There are no signs or previous welding / filler or accident damage.The interior is excellent - cloth trim with unmarked seats , headlining and door cards. Only age related marks are a couple of small splits in the dash top.Interesting Alpina style spoke alloys with matching spare. Excellent investment car or would make a great basis for a race car (no sunroof!) Runs and drives well but will require a certain amount of recommissioning before road use such as a new battery, fresh fuel and an oil change and check over would of course be beneficial.
