1987 BMW M635CSI SHADOW LINE 68,000 miles Project for sale

I have been messed about so much this is the last time I will list the car
This numbers matching M 635 csi shadow line was last on the road in 2006, 68,000 recorded mileage, nothing in the way of service history as this was purchased in a recent estate sale. Has the BMW Pouch handbooks, tool kit complete, glove box torch, the V 5 is present and in my name
Don't confuse this with an ordinary 635 csi this 1 of only 524 factory supplied M 635 csi fitted with the legendary m 88 24-6 engine (fitted to the original m 1) with 286 bhp, mated to a short gate gartrac 5 speed gearbox, lsd and four pot callipers all from the m 1
This is car 400 of 524 and was supplied new with the following factory options:
181 diamond black 0268 black leather s 0812 great britain model s 0940 special equipment
s 0339 satin chrome (shadowline pack) s 0291 split rim alloy wheels s 0510 headlamp range adjuster s 0530 air conditioning s 0415 rear roller blind s 0401 sliding electric sunroof s 0469 seats comfort pack
s 0498 rear headrests s 0458 seat adjustment driver/ passenger
The car runs really well and the motor and clutch/ gearbox all work well, car has just been serviced, I've been able to drive the car a short distance on private land and at a low speed and it feels like a BMW

The interior is in very good condition, the seats are in great condition, the dash and switch gear very nice no wear, everything works as it was intended. Car was supplied new with air con and was fitted with the se comfort pack
Anyone wishing to view is welcomed, however this is not an open day to come and view. You must be 99% sure, therefore i'm happy if interested parties wish to bring a bodywork/ mechanic to inspect
I can take a short video, to those interested parties, send me you email and ill forward it on.
This is a very rare opportunity to buy one of the rarest BMW M series cars, with good examples fetching circa £60-70 k, so ample room for the right person to pick up a bargain.
