1985 Morris Minor 1100 Convertible It is a genuine convertible not a conversion. Selling on behalf of a friend who doesn't use eBay. Been in the family for around 20 years, they will be sad to see it go but needs to be used and appreciated rather than just sat in a barn collecting dust. Last change of owner in 2001 and previously 1988 before that. 6 previous keepers but can't find the V5c so will apply for the new log book in the purchasers name.Was fully restored by South Yorkshire Morris Minors before it was put away around 15 years ago. Does start and drive, handbrake works but brakes need recommissioning.Choke doesn't work but runs fine when up to temperature. Stitching coming apart on drivers seat but can easily be sewn back up. Interior mint other than that. Some history, MOT certificates from 2000, 2002 and 2004 showing 93,480 miles. Speedo now showing 93,623 miles so done less than 150 miles in 17 years. Solid underneath and on top - very good example for age, a few expected marks and hairline cracks but nothing easy to find without looking for it close up. Fitted new ignition coil and points and condenser and changed fuel and it fired up straight away. Further pictures available on request. No timewasters or tyre kickers.
