Reluctant sale of my 1968 MG BGT.
Just been mot'd although it is Tax and MOT exempt.
I have owned this vehicle for 6 years and it's now time for someone else to enjoy.
This vehicle was the subject of an older restoration and there are photos available.
The previous owner used it as a daily driver for many years until he needed something more modern.
During my ownership it has had a new 12 v battery to replace the original 2 x 6 volt ones.
A new alternator has been fitted as has an electronic ignition system to make it more reliable.
The car is not perfect by any means but is a solid, useable classic that gets people talking.
If I was to keep the car my next area of improvement would be the interior.
Viewing encouraged as you will then have the ability to see the pile of old paperwork that comes with the car.
