1970 Citroën manual gearbox! for sale

Here is a 1970 Citroen ID D special that came out of a 20 year sleep. It has an almost rust and dent free body. It has the usual Citroen trunk lid rust bubbles and trunk lip bubbles. It also has a few minor dings.

IT APPEARS THAT IS ALL ORIGINAL PAINT

Underbody is perfect and still covered with undercoating see pictures

Clean California title and plates

Rebuilt engine 20 years ago, receipts included, it was put into inside storage after engine completed and remained stored until this year when it came out.

RUNS AND SOUNDS GREAT shifts nicely

Goes up and down as it should. But has enough new fluid to do a new fluid change if you want to.

Appears that front suspension was rebuilt and is nice and tight

All new spheres

New battery

Radiator recored

Fresh oil change

Nice interior

Good tires

Needs:

The starter solenoid sticks sometimes probably from sitting, may clear up with use.

Ignition switch does not start car, bypassed with button.

Horn does not work

No spare tire or tool kit

It appears there is a flat spot in one of the tires from sitting it may go away with use. Maybe balancing would solve this .

A nice solid driver car that could be taken to the next level when and if you want to.
