Here we have a real cool 1963 Mercury Monterey Custom Marauder S 55 Tribute Car. This car started out as a rust free South Carolina Monterey Custom Fastback model with a 390 CI V 8 and an Automatic Transmission. The car is in very nice condition both inside, outside, underneath, under the hood and inside the trunk.

The car is now powered by a Ford 427 CI V 8 Low Riser engine with a correct Ford Tri-Power Set-Up and an automatic transmission. Everything was said to have been rebuilt when the car was built about 5 years ago but no documentation is available to back it up. It runs and drives great and the 3 carbs were recently reworked and it runs as smooth as a new car does!!

A beautiful Black paint job was applied to a very straight, rust free body. Everything was painted including the jambs, under hood and inside the trunk. A complete new interior was installed and the trunk was completely finished with correct mat and cardboards. There is also a set of vintage, period correct gauges mounted below the dash. The car has power steering and power brakes. Finishing off the build the car sits on a set of Carroll Shelby Aluminum Wheels and BF Goodrich Radial T/A Tires.
