I bought this duster from a restorer in Ohio. This is where the car lived its life. It has typical rust for that area. It was assembled from the factory with undercoating to protect the floor panels and it is still intact. The only rust is on the very bottom of three quarters and drivers door. I had the car looked at for bodywork and all recommended just using patch panels. as the rust was not extensive. That would save from complete panels. The engine has an Edelbrock intake. carb and exhaust manifold. It runs. but will need gaskets and seals. as it has set for a while. The rear end is a dana model. much stronger than the '70 model. Brakes will have to be rebuilt to be able to drive it. The only part of restoration I started was the removal of door mirrors. antenna. and door panels. I have all parts removed. except mirrors. as they were toast. I have a replacement door for drivers side. It will make a great project for restoration or hot rod.
