null Aristocrat

This auction is for a 1970 International Harvester Scout 800A Aristocrat.  The Aristocrat is a rare special edition Scout.  1. 00 Scout Aristocrats were made by IH.  
I bought this Scout in 2004 with plans to restore.  10 years later. I have a newborn baby and would like to sell the Scout to someone who will be able to enjoy it.  I had the Scout running back in 2004. but have never had it on the road.  
The body is in decent condition for a 44 year old vehicle but has significant rust through in the front floor boards. I have done my best to capture the condition of the body in the attached pictures.  
This Scout is being sold as-is.  You are encouraged to come see this vehicle in person. if possible.  I will answer any and all questions and can provide specific pictures upon request.  This Scout will need to be towed.
I removed the blue interior carpet when I purchased the Scout.  You can see the glue from the carpet on the interior metal.
