For sale I have my newly refurbished and restored VW Splitscreen pickup with custom wide bed pickup , with original pin striping and lettering . I bought this pickup from Holland 2 years ago and have been restoring it back to its former glory ever since . I have needed to do very little bodywork as the vehicle was very solid when I purchased it , I have had all the running gear , steering box , brakes and mechanical items rebuilt or refurbished including a custom built 1600 long block twin port engine so mechanically this vehicle needs nothing. The interior has had some aac accessories , new custom mats ,stealth usb charger , door cards , wooden steering wheel and boss , fully retrimmed drivers seat , rev counter and new German spec lap belts . Exterior wise a full machine polish , new door handles from Schofields , newly refurbished and diamond cut wheels with brand new tyres , fully refurbished and painted original bumpers in old English white and finally a custom high quality water proof tonneau cover . I have now come to the end of the project ready for my new one a panel van bay .
