Triumph Herald 1200 for sale
Current customer rating:
Hetty the Herald born 1967, travelled far and wide 78240 miles.
She comes complete with masses of history including original handbook and Jaynes workshop manual.
Recently done - New front brake discs and calipers, system bled, now stops on a very large dime.
Well maintained, looked after and loved, with a very, very solid undercarriage. That is not to say she is perfect.
There are, as to be expected for a car of my age, a few rust areas, but nothing that has gone through the panel.
Used for shows and get togethers.
My engine runs sweetly, with no smoke. All four gears work well with no whining, once you find them. Diff is nice and quiet and suspension works well.
Now looking for a new home, as apparently I am not suitable for towing a caravan (never tried)
N.B - image shows bonnet not clipped down (my error) the bonnet locks perfectly in place and is not out of align. Will get a new photo up showing that all is straight and good.
- Air filter is present with the car, it has been taken off for a clean and waiting to be put back on.
