It spent most of its UK life off the road whilst it had several minor works carried out. The previous owner acquired the car in 2018 and began what can only be described as a full restoration to this amazing standard, the result of which can only be appreciated in person. Works included a full body off chassis refurbishment with every bush, seal and bearing replaced, along with a new braking system. The car was also converted to right hand drive at this time, making it a much more pleasant driving experience on UK roads. The Triumph TR 6 also benefits from having a new wiring loom and fuse fitted. Once the car was ready for the panels to be re fitted each panel was rust proofed and painted prior to being fitted. When all panels were fitted and complete the car was then subject to a further and final re paint.Inside the car is like new with a whole new interior including dashboard, seats and carpets and switch gear fitted along with a new vinyl soft top.Under the bonnet is just as impressive with all new hoses and pipework. The engine also benefits from new Triple Weber 40 DCOE 151 carburettors and inlet manifold. As you would expect this Triumph TR 6 runs and drives absolutely superbly and cannot fail to put a huge smile on your face every time you are behind the wheel. .
