1999 classic Rover John Cooper Mini le 40 rare for sale

this is my john cooper mini le 40 these are a very rare car now with only about 50 left on the road. i bought it to do up into a mint little mini but due to moving house i no longer have a garage to work in.
It is in brooklands green with old english white roof / wing mirrors and bonnet stripes. and it has the original rover wheels that are in good condition but just a couple of scuff marks.
underneath the car and the sills are all mint. cant see a spot of rust. but unfortunately the exterior has rust issues but its all cosmetic. it would need new door skins. new boot. new front panel and wings and a respray to make it mint. which an enthusiast can do.
The engine it a completely unmolested 1. 3 mpi which runs very well with no ticking noises
the interior is in great condition with red leather seats and an alloy dash board.
taxed and MOT'd great little car that puts a huge smile on my face when i drive it but cant afford to keep it as a 2 nd car if i haven't got a garage to store it in :(
the cheapest of this car i have seen advertised was 8 k going upto 13 k and these are only going up in value so please no daft offers my number is 07712 721 409 please ring for further info or to come view the car
the mini is now stored indoors at my works warehouse in stockport to keep it warm and dry. viewing welcome there or i can drive it home to chapel-en-le-frith.
