It was built on June 21. 1966. just west of our shop at the former Fenton Chrysler assembly plant. It left the factory with the following options: Music Master AM radio. center console and front bucket seats. This was also originally an expedited/sold vehicle. meaning someone ordered it.
Finished in Turbine Bronze. the car's paint and trim are in overall excellent shape. Its tinted windows are crack-free and look great. The car's lights are in overall very good order. included the H2 headlights with relays and LED parking lights complete with dimmer switch. This Coronet rides on Magnum 500 wheels. 7x15 in front with special-built rear wheels. 8x15. 5. surrounded by BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. 245/60R15 in front and 275/60R15 in back.
All of this Mopar's body panels are in straight and solid. including the bumpers. the engine bay is extremely tidy and the battery appears new. Underneath the hood is a non matching Summit Racing 408 CID Stroker V-8 engine mated to a Mopar 833 four-speed manual transmission and backed by a Dana 8-3/4 Powr-Lok 3. 23 rear end. The engine's and transmission's specifications are listed above. Driver convenience features include air-conditioning. power steering and power brakes.
Inside. the car's new original style interior has been upgraded in places. The original front bucket and rear vinyl bench seats are in excellent condition. The matching black carpet is in similar order. as is the headliner. The courtesy lights flash on when the driver's door opens. The padded instrument panel. with its full instrumentation. looks fantastic. Below the dash are three aftermarket gauges for engine coolant. oil pressure and ammeter. Facing the driver is a Flaming River polished tilt steering column with Tuff Wheel three-spoke steering wheel. The interior conversation piece is the Hurst pistol grip shift handle. MotoExotica. com is a licensed bonded dealer through the state of Missouri. We have been in business since 1988 selling high end. special interest. pre-owned and exotic vehicles.
With the advent of the Internet and EBay Motors. we have found an avenue that allows us to sell cars we normally purchased for ourselves. We have owned just about every exotic and luxury car known to man; such as ISO Grifo to Jaguar XKE. Lamborghini Countach and Rolls Royce.
In the past. these cars were sold primarily through Hemmings Motor News and through word of mouth. We would normally keep a car and enjoy it personally for 6 – 18 months. However. with listing cars on EBay Motors. our turnover has tremendously increased. Now. the average time we hold a car is 4 – 6 weeks!
With the increase in turnover has come the increased need of fine automobiles. We are constantly looking for exceptional cars and travel the country coast to coast in search of the rare and unusual. We find our cars through individuals like yourselves as well as classic car and dealers auctions. We do not purchase vehicles that we would not be proud to own ourselves.
For a quote on shipping anywhere in the world. please feel free to email us at sales@Motoexotica. com or call 636-600-4600. We will give you an estimated cost for open and enclosed transport or overseas. We are happy to accommodate our international buyers! Over the last several decades we have exported thousands of cars to Norway. Germany. Estonia. Puerto Rico. Hawaii. Alaska. Costa Rica. Brazil. British Columbia. Canada and many other locations around the world. Overseas shipments will be placed into a steel container for safe sea passage or optional roll-on/roll-off (RoRo).
