It's powered by the virtually indestructible 300 ci inline 6 cylinder.

The engine has been upgraded with a Holley 4 barrel atop a Clifford Performance intake manifold. along with Clifford headers.

The transmission has been upgraded from the original granny-gear T-18 4 speed to a T-19 4 speed that has a usable first gear.
