This Humvee has been completely rebuilt by the Maine Military Authority in 2006.   It currently has only 5400 miles on it.  It has the better and more powerful 6. 5 GM diesel which starts easily and runs perfect.  The transmission shifts smoothy and the 4wd (Hi/Lo) works as it should.  All of the lights work; and all the gauges work.   The Oil Pressure is 60 psi at idle  The paint is in excellent condition; the soft top is in very good condition. and the Goodyear tires are in excellent condition with 95%+ tread left on them .   I just installed 2 brand new military grade 6TL batteries.   
My intentions were to install x-doors and captain seats; however. my priorities have changed.   So. here is a chance to get a MINT HUMVEE and complete it your way  This Humvee is in excellent condition.  
This vehicle will be sold with a SF/97 Form (Government certificate to obtain title to a vehicle) and Bill of sale.  Contact me for additional details.
