1965 HD Holden special for sale

I'm selling my HD Holden special (Gloria).
It was rebuilt a few year back and used as a daily drive for 3-4 years after being off the road for over 20 years. All the rust was cut out and resprayed in the original "shadowline" scheme and still looks great.
A rare colour combination. Its essentially original with the 179 and three speed on the tree. It has the disc brake front end with the brakes overhauled and maintained over the past 5 years. The car came with a Repco rebuild engine when I brought it as a restoration project and it runs like a bird. This is a desirable engine as it was rebuilt when they were done properly. I have had the car lowered 50 mm professionally with an additional leaf in the rear so she corners and handles without excessive body roll. Premier two speed under dash heater. Again costly to add and desirable. The wheels are modified HT 14 inch rims that have had the offset widened by three inches adding to the cars handling. The wheels fill the arches better than the 13 inch originals and offer a better range of tyres. New exhaust system. Reg till April 2018 with the original black and white numberplates. Again valuable and very desirable. Vintage/retro look CD player. Just serviced 400 km ago. Many spares. touch up paint and original 1965 manual. Happy to supply a RWC for a buy it now price. not that she'll need much. Please no low ballers or scammers as I know what I've spent and what its worth. No trades considered except a triumph TR 4 project or classic motorbike.
