I'm selling my rust free California Morris Minor . she was off the road for 16 years . I have rebuilt the brakes with all new drums. shoes . wheel cylinders . flex hoses and master cylinder. The 948 cc Engine has excellent oil pressure & runs fine . gearbox shifts fine too. The muffler system is new complete to chrome tail pipe. I also fitted a new GM Alternator so no charging worries. I swapped out a noisy 4. 55 rear diff with a nice quiet 4. 22 diff . A new gas tank. fuel line & sender with a modern electric fuel pump fitted . Inside are new pedal rubbers & a Paddy Hopkirk gas pedal. nice mechanical water temp & oil pressure gauges. a really nice original banjo steering wheel and very comfortable modern seats . The door panels . carpet & headliner are all new. I replaced the front . rear & side window rubbers . window mechanisms work fine. All lights & turn signals work. she's a driver & I drove her on the freeway from La Mirada to Van Nuys for the Queen's English car show. I have replaced the front grill chrome . added a front sway bar for better handling. replaced the front suspension bushings . The front was lowered on the torsion bars and the rear has small lowering blocks for a better stance. I fitted MG Midget Rostyle wheels . new chrome trim rings & new tires . I had the hood repainted as the previous owner had made a mess of it. I have bought enough single stage paint to respray the whole car . there i zero rust in the body or floor. no patches anywhere . I did paint over the dings & dents but no filler added . what you see is what you get. There are dents & a small rust out on the rear drivers side fender . easy fix. I like the unmolested appearance but an easy fix to perfect condition .
