1953 Volvo PV444 Split Window Sedan for sale

We purchased this Volvo with the thought of hot rodding it to do vintage driving events. but is is such a lovely rust-fee survivor that we can't bring ourselves to do it.
That coupled with we are starting on a rotisserie renovation of a 911 has made us decide to sell it.
The drive train was updated by prior owner to a B 20 with a single Weber down draft.
The trans is also from a later series.
It has the electric overdrive. which is not operational.
Also included is the original instruktionsbok. the dual side draft carbs. and a name tag of the original owner.
The interior is in lovely condition except for a couple of tears in the front seat pans.
We had some work done recently at an internationally known Volvo restoration shop and they thought that there may be 2 or 3 444's in the US of this vintage and condition.
We are located in Massachusetts and can ship to Europe and are available by phone to answer serious questions. .
