Hello Classic Volvo fans.

Here for your enjoyment is a 1962 Volvo 122S.

As you can see from the photos. he is in immaculate condition. The paint is as good as it looks in photos. as he has just had a full respray in original fawn. This is perhaps the only one of its kind in Australia.

The interior is spotless and don't you just love the retro charm of the seats. and dash. and the 2 tone effect is awesome.

Mechanically. this vehicle is in excellent shape. and no work is needed.

Just get in. drive and enjoy.

The engine is the original type B18 with twin SU carbs. I have fitted a "D" cam from a later model. which makes the engine more responsive. It pulls really well and has no trouble cruising on the highway.

Brand new tyres. brand new clutch. Power boosted brakes - front disk. rear drums in near perfect condition.

No rust to speak of at all.

Brand new bumpers fitted to cap off the shiny paint; he drives as good as he looks.

New water pump. ball joint and steering arm with reco idler arm bushings.

Wherever I go in this car. I am stopped by people who want to know all about it - wouldn't you?

Will be supplied with RWC and FULL rego - till December 2013.

I am a Volvo enthusiast. and am selling because there is another that has taken my fancy.
