1970 Datsun Z-Series

1970 Series 1 Early DATSUN 240 z Driver OR EXCELLENT for RESTORATION Canidate Nissan BARN FIND

Great early car from the Z series. Barn find has been under a tarp since early 90 s.

Changed fluids and a new battery and it started right up! Starts great runs fine shifts great. Drives straight but the brakes are marginal at best its stops with some coaxing and pumping.

Pretty rust free. I say pretty as I see no deep or surface bubbling other than surface on the hood and some light pitting on bumpers. There are dents on the hood and a dent on the drivers side door. This looks to be an original New Mexico Car.

and a bit rough. the passenger's seat has been removed by previous owner but is included. Missing rear view mirror. No hub caps. This care is a EXCELLENT solid

I have inspected the rockers and all look solid and rust free as well as frame.

The only issues I can see is some issues seen in last of the e Bay hosted images in front of the passenger rear wheel well.

The panel to the rear of the drivers door looks to have some repair. the spare tire well is beautiful it has spare and screw as it should be. As I have said before a solid foundation for a restoration. MORE IMAGES ADDED BELOW.
